How do I place an order?

First select your preferred Art style followed by a media type (e.g. canvas or digital image). You will then be asked to fill in the appropriate online order form, where you select your chosen canvas size (if appropriate), number of panels and subjects for your artwork. There is also an opportunity to provide us with any additional information such as colour preferences or your artistic ideas.

After my order has been placed, what next?

After your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number and details of where to upload, attach or post your photograph(s). If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check that your confirmation email has not been put into your SPAM folder or blocked by your email provider.

Once we receive your photograph(s), we will start the process of designing your artwork and provide you with a digital proof for you to evaluate. Alterations (e.g. colours, backgrounds, etc.) to the design can be made at this stage and only when you are totally satisfied with the final digital proof do we proceed with the final stages of production.

Top

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

We aim to provide you with your completed artwork approximately one week from the receipt of your photograph(s) for digital images and two weeks for canvas prints.

Top

When do I need to pay for my order?

We accept payment at anytime; however, we do require payment to be made at the final proof stage before we can proceed with your artwork.

Top

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card transactions through a secure payment service and your credit and debit card details are never retained by us. Payments via bank transfer (BACS) or cheque are also welcome.

Top

Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to a different address?

Yes, when filling out the order form place the recipient’s name and address in the “Comments and Instructions” section. Please note we still require your name and address to be filled out in the appropriate text boxes.

Top

Would I be able to cancel my order?

As we design all our artwork by hand, if an order is cancelled after we have produced a proof, the customer will still be charged for the design component of the order (a refund for the canvas costs will be given if paid in advance).

Top

Can I re-order a previously created design?

Yes, you can fill out the order form in the usual way, stating in the “Comments and Instructions” section that this is a re-order. In our email confirmation, we will adjust the price due by subtracting the design fee.

Alternatively, just complete our contact/enquiry form, send us a quick email or phone stating your requirements.

Top

How do I send you my photograph(s)?

After you submit your order, we will send you an email confirmation with an order number and details of how to submit your photograph(s).

Remember to include your name and order number, when you send us your photograph(s).

Top

What type and quality of photograph are required?

We normally work with JPEG files; however we do accept most other image file types including TIF and PNG. Your submitted digital photograph should be as large as possible and no less than 1 or 2 Mega Pixels in size. Almost all digital cameras produce files of at least this size.

Please insure that the subject is in focus, and particularly for small photos, try and make them fill the majority of the frame. If you would like us to evaluate the suitability of your photo before placing an order, please feel free to send it to us and we will gladly advise you.

If you require to digitally scan your photograph, please do so with 24-bit colour and 300dpi settings and save it in a JPEG format. Don’t worry if you don’t have this facility, just send us your photograph (see question above) and we will scan it for you at no extra cost.

Can I choose my own colours and design for my artwork?

Yes, of course. The artwork is being commissioned by you, so we welcome any design ideas you may have. We have a range of examples on our website, you can use for colour and style inspiration.

If you are unsure, but know, for example, you want a 4-panel Warhol style portrait; our artists will proceed to create your design. Colour and minor style alterations can easily be applied at the digital proof stages at no extra cost.

Top

Can you isolate one subject from a photograph?

Yes, we can alter your image to remove the background and/or isolate only one person or subject at no extra cost. When you submit your photograph(s) please include your instructions.

Top

Are your canvases gallery wrapped?

Gallery wrapped means that the image folds round the edges of the frame. By default we do not wrap our designs, as we feel pictures with important detail close to the edges often look awkward. Our non-wrapped canvases will consist of the design fitting perfectly on the front face, with the sides remaining white.

If you would prefer a gallery wrapped canvas, just state this on the order form and we will happily accommodate your request.

Top

How much do you charge for postage and packaging?

Delivery throughout mainland UK is free. If delivery is required outside mainland UK, please place an order and we will provide you with a quote. You can then choose to continue with or cancel your order.

Top

How will my artwork be sent to me?

Each canvas is packaged with care and is delivered via specialist couriers, who will require someone to sign for the item.

Depending on their size, digital images will either be sent via email, or by post on a CD/DVD.

Top

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. For a quote, please place an order and we will provide you with a quote. You can then choose to continue with or cancel your order.
